Nesta semana trazemos a receita de um prato principal, massa para macarr\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>INGREDIENTES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">500grs de farinha de trigo;<br \/>\n5 ovos;<br \/>\nUm fio de \u00f3leo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>MODO DE FAZER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Misturar todos os ingredientes, amassar bem, deixar a massa descansar na geladeira. Abrir e cortar a massa da maneira desejada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>INFORMA\u00c7\u00d5ES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta mesma massa \u00e9 utilizada para todos os tipos de macarr\u00e3o, variando apenas na forma de apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o: lasanha, caneloni, rondeli, ravioli, cappelletti, tortellini, etc\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na lasanha, rondeli, tortelloni e caneloni, ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio cozinhar a massa antes de colocar os recheio. J\u00e1 no ravilli e no cappelletti o recheio ser\u00e1 colocado na massa crua antes do cozimento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sfruttando il nostro paese \u00e8 pieno di culture diverse (a causa della Giornata Mondiale della Giovent\u00f9 a Rio 2013) e tra loro l\u2019italiano, che ne dici di fare qualcosa di fruibile da tutti? Stendere e tagliare l\u2019impasto nel modo desiderato.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>INFORMAZIONI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Questo impasto \u00e8 adatto per ogni tipo di pasta, variando appena nella forma di presentazione: lasagne, cannelloni,\u00a0 rondelle, ravioli, capperlletti, tortellini, ecc\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per le lasagne, le rondelle, i tortelloni ed i cannelloni sar\u00e0 necessario cuocere.
